I'm noticing that I have a tendency to compose these journal entries in my office. Tasks do get fulfilled, but I manage to write at times in the day in which it's quiet, one can only hear the traffic outside my window. Our office is on one of the main drags in town and it is always hurried. Semi trucks sometimes use their air brakes and it sounds like that long belch, people sometimes get in small fender benders, horns often prevent them (but not always). I also live in an area in which people choose to "lift" their trucks and modify their exhaust systems so that they are incredibly loud and obnoxious. But I see it all.
Anywhozzlewhatsits, now that I have a camera in my life, the alphabet project is coming along quite nicely. I'll be in the office until quite late this evening, but I have J all prepared and ready to go with only a few minor placing and lighting adjustments. For the letter "I" I couldn't choose between the two shots, and I found value in the fact that I uploaded two pieces for the letter I. Two will remain in the gallery as well, I am not a big fan of deleting pieces, unless irrelevant (I removed all non Coca-Cola deviations quite some time ago) because I like to see an artist's progression.
I am open to suggestions for the rest of the alphabet. I may use some, parts of ideas from some, or totally dismiss some. But hey, I find value in outside influences. I have the letter "J" all wrapped up, I just need to shoot it. But go "Hog Wild" from K-Z, any idea or something that YOU find value in.
